Are your artworks original?
Yes, all the artworks featured on our products are original, hand-drawn creations exclusively made for Serenity Art Online.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Since our products are made-to-order to prevent waste, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Please email us at support@serenityao.com immediately if you need to make changes.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated and shown at the checkout page based on your delivery address.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your parcel's status.
What should I do if my product arrived damaged?
We are very sorry about that! Please email us at support@serenityao.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We will send you a replacement free of charge.
Are the mugs microwave and dishwasher-safe?
Yes! Our ceramic mugs are fully safe for both microwave and dishwasher use.
How should I wash my printed apparel (T-shirts/Sweaters)?
To keep the printed artwork looking fresh, we recommend machine washing the apparel inside-out with cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low or hang-dry. Do not iron directly on the printed design.
